Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason just return it to us within 30 days of your original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, including damaged goods.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to use within 30 days from the date of purchase. For accepted returns, you may choose an exchange or shop credit. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. All returned items MUST be in new, unused and resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or provide a shop credit or a refund. We inspect all our goods before we send them to you. However, if you find that an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you our Returns Form. Please complete the form and send it to us with the faulty item. Once we have approved the return, we will provide an exchange, shop credit or refund, and cover shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us immediately and we will send you our Returns Form. Complete the form and send it to us with the item. We ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back to PUPNPUSSY and the shipping cost to send the replacement to you. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:

  • Perishable goods
  • Pet Loo
  • Gift cards
  • Sale item
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Other than damaged goods, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. So please choose and measure carefully. If you are not sure about size, please call our store and we will be happy to help. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
