STANDARD SHIPPING & FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

All shipping is via Australia Post or Courier. Standard shipping is $12 for orders under 5kg and $20 for orders over 5kg. With FREE shipping for orders over $150. (Subject to weight and Dimensions) We will text and email your courier and shipment tracking details 2-4 business days transit time (Mon-Fri). 
We do our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours. (Please be advised Free Shipping could change based on the total weight of your parcel)

EXPRESS SHIPPING

All shipping is via Australia Post Express. Express shipping is $15 for orders under 5kg and $25 for order over 5kg.

We will text and email your courier and shipment tracking details.
1-3 days transit time (Mon-Fri).
We do our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same day delivery. Your order will be packed and processed out within 3 hours from ordering.

Cut off time is 1pm for same day delivery. Orders received after this time will be processed the next Business day.

We offer FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY to the following Suburbs on orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a fee from $20 with the following weight limits.
$20 for orders under 5kg and $30 for order over 5kg.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided, as soon as tracking details are available.

If you can't find your email follow these steps:

1. Log into your PupnPussy account and access your order status and tracking information in your recent orders list.
2. We try our best, but sometimes our emails make their way to your junk. Make sure you have a quick check and then mark it as 'Not Junk' for any future orders.

If your order has gone missing please contact us by email at info@pupnpussy.com.au if you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we'll gladly assist you.

For most items, yes. Each product's cart button will let you know when an item is 'Add to cart and collect in-store only'. Refrigerated, frozen and some bulk food and litter products are 'Collect in-store only'.

Orders placed online before 12pm are ready the same day. Collect after 4pm.

Orders placed online after 12pm will be ready the following day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is good to go. We'll let you know if something is not available.

If you would like us to pop you order in your car outside the store please leave a note at check out.  Your goods will be on standby and ready to place in your car.

Yes.  Please bring photo ID when collecting your order. Someone else collecting?  Then they will need to bring their ID.  Please leave the person's name in the comments section at checkout.
