Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post. Simply choose a delivery option:

  • 1. Ship to My Home or Workplace - from $12
  • 2. Collect At Store - Free
  • 3. Kerbside Collect - Free

SHIPPING COSTS

Australia wide:
$12 - most items
$20 - some bulky items 
$30 - extra bulky items

Free Shipping on orders over $150. This is also subject to weight and may change after checkout

Shipping is calculated at our secure checkout.

Standard Domestic Shipping 2-5 Business Days
Express Domestic Shipping 1-3 Business Days

TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided, as soon as tracking details are available.

If you can't find your email follow these steps:

1. Log into your PupnPussy account and access your order status and tracking information in your recent orders list.
2. We try our best, but sometimes our emails make their way to your junk. Make sure you have a quick check and then mark it as 'Not Junk' for any future orders. 

If you're still having problems finding your shipping confirmation email send us an email to info@pupnpussy.com.au with your order details and we can provide further help.

MISSING ORDER

If your order has gone missing please contact us by email at info@pupnpussy.com.au if you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we'll gladly assist you.

RETURNED TO SENDER

Need to re-schedule a delivery? Please email us and our customer care team at info@pupnpussy.com.au and we will take care of it for you straight away.

IN-STORE ONLY ITEMS

Each product's cart button will let you know when an item is 'Add to cart and collect in-store only'. Refrigerated, frozen and some bulk food and litter products are 'Collect in-store only'.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not ship outside Australia. For international product inquiries, please contact us: info@pupnpussy.com.au

CLICK & COLLECT

Orders placed online before 12pm are ready the same day. Collect after 4pm.

Orders placed online after 12pm will be ready the following day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is good to go. We'll let you know if something is not available.

KERBSIDE COLLECT

If you would like us to pop you order in your car outside the store please leave a note at check out.  Your goods will be on standby and ready to place in your car.

You will receive a confirmation email or sms when your order is good to go.

Please understand that we may be busy with other customers at the time of your arrival so calling the store ahead helps us attend to you.

Please bring photo ID when collecting your order. Someone else collecting?  Then they will need to bring their ID.  Please leave the person's name in the comments section at checkout.
