Q. How much does shipping cost?
The costs are - Australia wide: $5 - up to 3kg $15 - 3.1kg to 10kg or bulky items $25 - 10.1kg + or extra bulky items
Shipping is calculated at our secure checkout. Any questions, just contact us.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Gift Cards same day by email. Allow 1-4 business days for major cities. Allow 4-7 days for other locations. We'll let you know if it will be longer than this.
Need it faster? Contact us before you order or leave a comment at checkout and we'll contact you and do our best to oblige.
Q. Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes, with every shipped order.
Q Can the courier leave my order if I'm not home?
Yes. Just leave a comment during checkout 'Leave at door OK'. Or email us with your instructions.
Sending to your workplace? Check with your company first to make sure it's ok.
Q. Who are our carriers?
We use Australia Post and commercial couriers.
Q. Do we provide shipping for all our products?
Generally, yes. The exceptions are refrigerated, frozen and some bulk food and litter products. These essential items are available as Click & Collect In-store/Kerbside. A product's Cart Button will let you know when an item is 'Add to cart and collect in-store only'.
Q. Do we ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside Australia. For international product inquiries, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q Is my credit card payment secure?
Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted for your security. We do not keep personally identifiable financial information.
Q. How does Click & Collect Work?
Generally, orders placed online before 12pm are ready the same day. Collect after 3pm.
Orders placed online after 12pm will be ready the following day. If you need your items sooner, especially food, call our store (02) 9360 9910 before you order and we'll do our best to oblige.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is good to go.
Q. How does Click & Kerbside Collect work?
We'll do the heavy lifting. Your goods will be on standby and ready to place in your car.
As with In-store Collect, if your order is urgent call our store (02) 9360 9910 before you order or leave a comment at checkout and we'll do our best to oblige. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is good to go.
Please understand that we may be busy with other customers at the time of your arrival so calling the store ahead helps us attend to you.
Q. What if my selected items are out of stock?
We'll let you know if any of your chosen items are out of stock and how long they will take to arrive. If you do not want that item, we'll remove it from the bill before we charge your card. Otherwise, we'll let you know when it arrives.
Q. Do I need identification to collect my order?
Yes. We know our many regular customers well! However, we ask that everyone brings a Driver's License or another form of photo ID when collecting an order. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, they will need to bring their ID. Please leave the person's name in the comments section at checkout. Alternatively, call the store to make this request.
