So… how did Besty come to be?

Baz resides in Sydney inner city with her much loved daughter, Chloe, and her pampered pooch, Cherry.

One cold, crisp, clear wintery evening, the ‘girls’ were heading out for the evening and couldn’t find Cherry’s lead. Forever the improviser, Baz grabbed one of her colourful, drape-like pieces of fabric and fashioned it into a make-shift lead.

Rugged up in their winter finery, Cherry was attracting attention – even more so than usual. Walking down the street, people continually stopped to admire both Cherry and the colourful, free-flowing, stylish, ‘never seen before’ accessory she was wearing.

That night, the idea that your dog can enjoy and look his/her fashionable best – just like you became the inspiration for BESTY.
